Multiplus connected, but no data or control

I have been running Venus OS on RPi for months. Suddenly, I’m not getting data or control functionality for my multiplus. It still shows as a device, and the switch shows up as “ON”, but the state is “Unknown”, and all other data is empty. I’m connected via MK3-USB Interface and if I disconnect and reconnect the USB connector into the RPi, it sometimes momentarily comes back to life, but within a minute or two, it reverts to the state described above. I’m running firmware v3.41 Large, and have tried reinstalling from scratch to a new SD card. No change in symptoms.

I would sure appreciate some help to figure out what is going on here!

have you updated the firmware in the Mk3 recently?

Yes, I did update the MK3, though I still think that may be the issue somehow. By process of elimination, that is about the only thing I have not swapped out. But my problem is now solved. I upgraded to a Venus GX device so I’m using native interfaces instead of six separate usb adapters.
