Multiplus 2 / ESS not using Grid meter input (comming from Belgian Grid meter P1 output)

I managed to add the readout from my GridMeter in the multiplus to show up.

The console also shows it with the correct value

In ESS I configured “external meter”

But my system seems to disregard it with GRID = 0 and equals the AC load to the PV Output disregarding the GRID measurement.

Any advice?

Virtual meters are not supported for use as a primary ESS grid meter.
It is not the purpose of the device.

Aiiiiiii. So no way to link my Grid meter P1 output values to ESS without a physical external meter?
