Hello everyone I updated my multi rs solar and suddenly I have a low ac out voltage error constantly, sometimes it works others it gives the error on start up immediately even with all loads on ac out disconnected. Can anyone help?
Updating firmware resets all settings to default, did you reprogram the settings afterwards?
This does not apply to the Multi RS
Yes I checked everything and settings where ok, as before
Have you measured the input voltage?
The out and in are connected so shouldn’t be possible to have different voltages.
Coincididence or not it happened after update, and it is now fixed as I changed the fuses all started working normally
Yeah. That’s the solution from the manual.
Error 54 - Inverter output voltage.
If the battery voltage is getting low and a large load is applied to the AC output the inverter is unable to maintain the proper output voltage. Re-charge the battery or reduce the AC loads to continue operation.
If the error immediately pops up when switching on the inverter (without load) on a full battery the cause is most likely a broken replaceable internal fuse. Contact your Victron dealer for support.
