How does the MPPT RS perform the insulation (ISO) measurement?
I often see fluctuating insulation resistance values while the string voltage is still changing a lot: in the morning during startup or in the evening shortly before shutdown.
Even without sun: often 100 MOhm – but then it sometimes drops to 50 MOhm and slowly climbs back up to 100 MOhm…
That’s why I’d like to know how the measurement works internally, so I can understand what’s going on.
