MPPT calculator and location stuck

I’m doing test with the online MPPT calculator for sites in Madagascar.

It should be near flat, as suggested by PVGIS:

Is location take into account? Same result when I change city, even with Europe.

I have checked and found the first time that I ran the calculator, input Madagascar and got results they were correct but after trying different locations it got locked into one location, so I had a prediction for the UK with equatorial sunshine, then it got locked into Almere, Netherlands, the default. I have reported it.

If you use the wizard, you can’t even provide the location:
