Moving home and handover

We are in the process of moving home. The new owners in a few weeks will inherit our victron system. What do I need to do to help them take the system over.

Is it easy to reset passwords?

Is it a case inviting them to the system and making them admin when we move out.

I’m going to run a Ethernet cable to the lounge so they can connect it to their new router, at the moment it’s networked in the office.

Pretty much. Add them as admin. Confirm it works, then remove yourself.

Yes, add them as an admin as well.

I’d ask the new people whether they’ll still need you during the initial phase. If so, they can invite you via VRM. If in doubt, downgrade your access or remove yourself from the system when handing it over.
