What is the max voltage supported by Victron Mega Fuse holder? Victron offers Mega fuses rated to 80 volts, but I do not see a voltage rating for the holder. Thanks.
regarding voltage, the fuse is the limit, not the holder
But the holder limits max current
A voltage rating is important for components and their contact gap as a higher voltage could arc over the gap and connect the circuit again unintended.
The fuse has a much smaller gap (if triggered and open) as the fuse holder in this case.
I think it is safe to say if it is above the official victron mega fuse range don’t use it. So your 48v system and max usage range of such a system. (Up to 80v).
There is not anything in the victron range that goes to that anyway. (As of today)
