After switching to the new VRM design, the maximum charge rate in the DESS configurations also seems to have taken on a different role. Previously, this parameter only served as a calculation basis; now it seems to actively limit the charge. Is this intended? In my system, the maximum charging power of the three MP2s is approximately 7200 W, so the maximum charging power is configured to 7200 W accordingly. This is also completely correct for nighttime charging. Today, the MP2s charged the battery in parallel with the MPPT; the DVCC would have been capable of 10500 W. However, the DESS always limited it to 7200 W. I find this a bit unfortunate. If I configure the maximum charging rate to 10500 W, the calculation probably won’t work. If I limit the charging rate to 7200 W, I lose 25% of the charging power during the day. I would be grateful for a clarification from the development team. Thanks.
