Low battery flashing light Multi plus II

Multiplus II has low battery light flashing SOC 99%. lithium ng, lynx smart bus, MPPT, Cerbo GX after firmware 3.72 update. Connect shows battery balanced and all cells matching. Do I need to change settings?
