Login problems with 2-factor Authentication

I have problems with the login on my Samsung phone and the Samsung browserScreenshot_20250327_043046_Samsung Internet|230x500
Every time i want to login I’ll get the message that I’m offline and the token text field doesn’t exist. With the chrome browser the problem doesn’t exist.

That is unfortunate:

  1. What Samsung phone do you use exactly? And which Android version is running on it?
  2. Do you have the same issues on your phone if you disable 2FA temporarily and try again?

It’s an S22+ with Android 14. The problem is only on 2FA.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it on the same phone / Android combination. Could you upgrade to Android 15 and maybe re-install the VRM app? Apologies that I cannot provide you with a better solution at this moment.

At this time Android 15 is for my phone not available. Re-install the Victron app didn’t fix the problem. I deactivate the 2FA till i get an update for my phone and will report if the problem is not resolved.
