When i switch on the mains on my 5kVA inverter, the color control indicates that the loads drops to 0W, even though the loads are working,
I have done all updates and tests, with no luck, any idea what it might be
Neutrals and earth is okay
More details about your installation would really help. Is it new install or previously worked before ?
Looks like a metering issue/misconfiguration.

Yes system has been running fine for a few years now, it is a single inverter, no CT connected or Energy meter installed,
I have updated all firmwares, i check neutrals and earth, went through all wiring,
Not sure what to look for anymore
When i switch off the main, the load will pick up correctly on the color control, only when i switch the mains on, then the load shows 0W
What are the components of your system ?
Is it configured as ESS ?

Ess is configured, Optimize with batteriLife at 20%
Individual phase is selected, Peak shaving on “Always”

1 x Color Control,
Simple setup,
The same value is shown on the VRM ?
Do you also have consumers on AC-In side of Multiplus ?
Please check “Remote console - Settings - System setup - ESS - Grid metering”
Yes same value on VRM
Grid metering is set to inverter/Charger

Do you think it might be a inverter issue, perhaps the board itself?
