Load output stuck OFF after LVD event, even with battery well above 'on' threshold

Anyone dealt with load output getting stuck OFF even when battery voltage is well above the “on” threshold?

We manufacture solar lighting systems, and recently we switched our product line from AGM/Morningstar to LiFePO4/Victron SmartSolar and trying to lock in a standard configuration before we deploy more broadly. We’ve run into this on a couple deployed units already, and I’m concerned it could continue to come up in the future if we don’t make changes.

SmartSolar MPPT 75/15, Streetlight function on (10V/3m sunset, 11V/10m sunrise), User Defined Algorithm 1 (OFF <12.00V, ON > 12.80V).

Most recently, battery had dropped to 11.72V at some point (likely pushing it into LVD), later climbed back to 13.2V, well past any “on” threshold I’ve tried. Load still shows Off, 0A. Panel confirmed dark, battery reading normally, load just won’t come back on.

I also tried switching the profile from User Defined to BatteryLife. Load was still off a couple minutes after switching, with panel dark and battery at 13.2V, but I’m not 100% sure the mode change had fully taken effect by then, so not ruling it out yet.

Seen a few similar threads here but nobody seems to have a clean fix. Has Victron actually acknowledged this anywhere or fixed it in a firmware version? Anyone running these in the field found a workaround that isn’t just manual intervention (“power cycle it and hope”)? Could switching the profile away from User Defined to something like BatteryLife be more reliable?

Found these two threads, seems like the same issue:

With the 75/10, I’ve found a delay up to 5 minutes before the load turns back on.
