I would like to mount Lithium NG Batteries vertically on a panel as show in the pic. The manual states they can be mounted on its side so can I assume its OK to mount short end too? To confirm this is a fixed site installation.
I did ask about that point and was told the end is a side aswell, a short side so this is OK. I did suggest the manual was updated to say ends as in some languages there is a distinct difference between sides and ends.
Direct from Victron “… as stated in the manual, they can be placed on their sides, including the ends, but not with the terminals facing down.”
