Issues with Inverter/Charger Tile not showing accessible data while using Victron PSC IP43 50/3

Good afternoon,

I have an issue that needs to be resolved by Victron. Please could you include a fix in the next FW revision. This issue has been a long outstanding issue that affects lots of users, where the Inverter/Charger Tile on the overview for the Cerbo GX does not show data unless you have a Victron Inverter installed. Many users with boats and RV’s cannot install an inverter for various reasons, but do install Victron chargers, like the PSC IP43 12/50 (3) units. Now the tile states “Inverter / Charger” on the tile, yet this tile does not display data and is constantly showing in the “OFF” status. When clicking on the tile, the status of the charger is fully available, so it is accessible to the tile, it is just not being displayed!

The tile should be showing flow when the charger is outputting to the batteries, and it should also be showing on or off status according to the state of the charger.

I have seen responses from some, suggesting they are from Victron, where they say it is not possible to change this due to the way in which the hardware works, but this is not correct. The more recent GUI Mods prove this to be inaccurate, and does show the data on the modified tile.

In my install, I have 1 x Cerbo GX MK2, 1 x PSC IP43, 1 x Solar MPPT 75/15, 2 x SHU050210050 1000A Smart Shunts and 2 x Smart Battery Sense SBS050150200. I’ve spent a fair amount on this, so I feel very disappointed that the basic tile on the overview screen is faulty and needs to be fixed before I can make the most of the system I have purchased.

Why is it that Victron will not fix this issue with their coding?
