Isolation transformer is flipping gfci on new install

Hello, I have a Bayliner 4788 which has two 30 amp short power cords that I split one of them to go to three banks of circuit breakers. I’ve installed two Victron 4500w isolation transformers and I’ve done the wiring, but I’m seeing major issues. Forsake of getting to my point I have one of the isolation transformers hooked up to my third bank, which is heat and air-conditioning and it is working fine. I hooked up the other transformer to the first bank. I also added in gfci breakers on the transformer load, which I read that 20 amp should be OK. On the first bank set up, I am getting a fault in the in the gfci as soon as power is added to that circuit. No circuit breakers are turned on. Bank one does have an inverter connected which I believe is grounded to the main ground. Both of my set ups for the banks are the Same. Can anyone explain why I have one that works fine and the other does not. I have looked at the wiring in place and checked for connection issues multiple multiple times. I also tried switching the isolation transformers and got same results. Thanks for any help.
