Internal fan does not run smoothly

Dear all,

I have a single-phase parallel system consisting of two MultiPlus II units 48/5000, which work perfectly.
I have installed the original temperature sensor on the toroidal transformer in the units.
These units are located in the attic, but they make a lot of noise at night. To reduce this, I have equipped the units with two external fans and use a Node-RED script to reduce the power at night.
Now I want to be able to switch the internal fans so that they only work during the day. To do this, I have set the ‘Silence Fan’ wizard on both units to ‘Disable when aux-2 is open’.
The temperature of the slave is often a few degrees warmer than that of the master.
The problem is that the slave’s fan is also influenced by the master.
When the master’s internal fan is off and the slave’s internal fan needs to be on, it alternates between fast and slow.
I suspect it is a firmware issue.

The MultiPlus is running version V558.
