How to determine reason for disconnect mp ii

When my grid fails i get a “grid lost”,message from vrm. Perfect
But when the mp refuses grid suddenly (happens every now and then) i get the error: "ALERT - Alarm on ‘‘my site’’, parameter ‘Active input’ on ‘VE.Bus System [276]’, started” .
Is it possible to see the actual reason why it refused the grid (overvoltage, undervoltage, hz wrong or wharever?
Thanks

If you connected with an mk3 and a pc you would be able to see the reason for disconnecting.

Using Victron connect and the MK3, go look in the grid tab, there you will find a button show IP protection log, that log will give you the disconnect reason.

Hee, thanks man. Turned out the reason was ‘over voltage U>>’. (Just glad it is not frequency)
Witch in itself is worrysom, because I have allready set the mp to disconnect from the grid above 266.8 volt…
Still a pity messages from vrm fo not include the reason why.
But hey, probably there is a good reason for that.
Thanks again.

Usually the vrm advanced can have grpahs loaded and it becomes fairly obvious at a glance

I have some problems with that.
Installed a frequency graph, and now i can not delete it or add a voltage graph.
You know of some tutorial, pdf, youtube, whatever, that explains how to use it?

If you’re trying to do this through the app I have had issues in the past making changes to vrm through the app. I just logged in through a browser and was able to do what I needed.

You can add different graphs.
There are alot of use ful stock ones.

There is a manual for the basics.
