Help needed. Originally installer is the only one with full access and is no longer contactable. We only have read only access. The system is off grid and failed the auto generator kick in at low battery. We need to gain access to check settings for when auto generator kicks in. We would like to delegate an available electrician for full access how can we do this?
Only admins can add a person at admin level to make changes. As a user you can only add a user, with the same problem as you
Normally requests like this can be handled at distributor level after an official support request is done.
For this though, did the generator receive the start signal and not start? Or did not receive the signal? There might be a different problem here.
