Firmware: v3.80~39 (beta) — same behavior already seen on v3.75 Device: Cerbo GX MK2 + GX Touch 70 Issue: On the Brief screen, the weather widget in the right side-pane stays completely empty (no temperature, no forecast, no icons). All other elements in the side-pane (Solar yield, Power, Loads) display correctly. Already checked/ruled out: - VRM Portal is connected, access level “Full”, connection status “No error” - Site location is correctly set under VRM Portal → Settings → Location - Internet connection on the Cerbo is active and stable - Side-pane is expanded (not collapsed) — toggling it just moves the layout to center, weather section itself stays blank This has been the case since at least v3.75, so it’s not a regression from a single recent beta. Happy to provide more logs/screenshots if useful.
Weather?
I don’t know that is was designed for that even the intro video shows different.

Mine shows just more information.
I think that was one of the proposed concepts. But has definitely not been developed much as a priority.
I have a few theories as to why it might not be there…
I suspect the original plan was for the GX to display weather fetched via VRM (or another online service). However, implementing that cleanly raises several questions:
- What weather provider should be used?
- What happens if the GX has no internet?
- Should the forecast come from GPS coordinates, a manually entered location, or VRM?
- Who pays for the API usage if thousands of GX devices request forecasts?
