Hello,

After upgrading from **Venus OS v3.63** to **v3.64** , I’ve noticed a clear issue with **Grid Setpoint accuracy**. My system no longer exports the configured power to the grid precisely.

#### ⚠ Problem:

- When setting a Grid Setpoint (e.g. **-2000 W** ), the system only exports ~ **1000–1500 W** , consistently below target.
- This behavior was **not present in v3.63** , where Grid Setpoint was accurate within ~50 W.
- I confirmed this by downgrading back to 3.63, where the issue disappears.

#### 🔍 Additional info:

- The system uses ESS with battery and solar PV.
- There are no other limits active (SoC min/max, charge current limits, etc.).
- Tested with different setpoint values (from -200 W to -3000 W).
- The discrepancy remains constant and appears to be a **PID regulation issue** or command delay.
- Changelog for v3.64 doesn’t mention any related changes.

#### ✅ Suggestion:

Please verify if any changes in 3.64 affected PID tuning or export behavior. A regression test against 3.63 may reveal what caused this deviation.

Happy to provide logs or testing results if needed.

Thank you!
