Hiya,

I’ve recently added some assistants to a multiplus 2 so i can ignore the grid and have ac out 2 come on with batt voltage.

Running firmware 3.55

I want a grid loss alarm even when im ignoring AC. (It’s tempermental here and i want to be able to track it).

I’m currently getting grid loss alarms while ignoring AC.

I can create a vrm alarm for phase 1. But that’s no good to me, I want it to alarm through the cerbo screen.

Is this a firmware issue? Any ideas? Thanks!

I’ve now updated to 3.62 and the issue persists.

Any clues gratefully received.

Can anyone help with this? Monitoring the shore is crucial for this location.

Hi Katy,

I have the same issue. We turn on AC Input ignore a few times a day. Every time AC input ignore fires we get a grid loss notification even though the grid is still present.

Workaround was to disable grid loss monitoring on Venus/Cerbo. Then create a custom flow in node-RED that activates the grid loss. This generates a message in VRM as well.

I use ignore AC and can still see AC voltage and I don’t have such a problem with an alarm set up in VRM? I’m not using Node Red or anything else for this.

Really? What firmware are you running?

Would be great to get it working properly

My quattro is on 510 and my Cerbo on 3.66. I’m not using ESS but I don’t know if that is significant. Everything works flawlessly. When my grid voltage limits set up under VRM are hit, I get an alarm as set up, including on both my phones, with a reading of the present voltage
