Have you double checked the clamps are the right way round I know foolish but have a look and change the multi to other than total phase and see how that goes
Hi! The clamps are unchanged for 2 years. Please find a photo of the meter and the Cerbo side (of course not exactly the same value).
I changed the multi to “individual phase” at “multiphase regulation” without effect

*) System uses LiFePo4 with other type BMS
(This can be either a BMS connected via CAN bus or a BMS system in which the
batteries are protected from high/low cell voltages by external equipment.)
*) The battery capacity of the system is 222 Ah.
*) Sustain voltage 48.00 V.
*) Cut off voltage for a discharge current of:
0.005 C= 46.00 V
0.25 C= 46.00 V
0.7 C= 46.00 V
2 C= 46.00 V
*) Inverting is allowed again when voltage rises 1.20 V above cut-off(0).
*) Relevant VEConfigure settings:
Battery capacity 222 Ah.

@tr-ek
Something recently changed with pylontec control. (Or is in the pipeline to be changed)
A bit of experimenting might help narrow down things. Try removing the cap voltage in DVCC. Or bms control for a short period (obviously when there is solar) to check on that.
Second idea is to check if the EM is the issue. Maybe switch to internal as the grid meter? (Temporarily of course) Do they get updates? We don’t use them here so not had a whole lot of experience with them.
I removed the cap voltage in DVCC. No change. The “grid” is around “0”.
I removed the BMS to be “no BMS control” in DVCC. After this change, the system buys all needed energy from grid. No feed in.
Some days ago I set the grid meter already to “internal” for a test without a change. The EM24 does not get updates.
Sorry.went back and read your linked thread and realised we are rehashing stuff you had tried there.
Are all the components up to date. Sometimes when the inverters are behind the system doesn’t behave and it is an often skipped one.
I continued my testing in the meantime: I downgraded Cerbo to Version 3.32 because my system stopped “feeding in” in June and this version has been released before. Unfortunatelly no success.
I realized the there has been a MK3 update missing in Multiplus. Updated this but no change as well.
My last idea is to create a new VRM portal. Maybe there are settings in the portal influencing my system. Do you think this makes sense? Is there a way to create a new portal with the existing Cerbo and not to loose all the data stored in the portal?
Any other ideas?
No there is not a way with the VRM. Data is attached to ID. You are either clearing it or continuing with it.
The only thing maybe affecting something is DESS in VRM but also should not be an issue if it was never activated? Or you could activate it and see if that helps?
Confirm you have no other mods or scripts or node red in your system?
May be a long shot. Reset everything to factory. Update. Reprogram and start again?
Is it just the one EM24 you have? Yeah like @lxonline the only thing that influences grid in the VRM is DESS if it’s enabled but with it enabled you can’t adjust any settings on the grid side once that is active though so i wouldn’t think it is, have you ever used NodeRed? Possible that’s running or you ever SSH’d into the GX?
