Hi All,
I am tracking Generator usage of my installations on the VRM internet portal but I spotted a vaiance in the reports from the “Installation Data Chart value tags” showing run hours for the fixed time periods (Last 24hours, Last 7 Days, Last 30Days, Last 365 Days) and the data reported on the vrm_production_report.xlsx export.
From my findings it appears that the data on the export document needs to be corrected/aligned with other sources like the “remote console” or the “Installation Data Chart value tags”…
