Fresh Water Tank (24) Low Level alarms in VRM/Cerbo GX
Hi guys,
i have 3x BT Ruuvis that work fine, on the Cerbo GX-2
i added the BT Mopeka Pro Check, that added to the Mopeka APP fine.
i had some trouble adding in the Mopeka to Cerbo GX, but got there in the end.
the issue are these constant Low Level Alarms, but i know the tank is full/half full.
but i have noticed that the sensor is only availible half the time?
and shows Offline for hours at a time?
for example its now showing unavailable in the display, (grey out)
and VRM shows the sensor Offline for 4hours.

i tried re-boots,
same happens on the last three Cerbo FW versions.
my friend has a similar setup and has same ID(24) errors,
replaced that battery and ultrasonic grease on the sensor,
ive added a USB BT dongle
none of the above have resolved the problem?

VRM Alarm logs dont show it:
but the side bar alarms do:
the console logs show the constant alarms. . .

i think the issue is lost coms with the Mopeka after a time out is generating the alarm?
but its being logged as low level?
FYI - the sensor shows up fine using the Mopeka APP ( on the phone) , so we know the sensor is good.
not sure where to look next?
so posting here to see how comon the issue is? i know its not just me as my feind has the same, so that 100% of the mopeka people i know on VRM?
