I am trying to an ess system that starts putting out power when the frequency goes lower than 59.5 hz then stops at 60 hz and above

And what is stopping you? Node-red contains all the required nodes.

Thanks Gerd, My Venus is very old so not sure if node-red will work. but will look into it
