Are there any firmware release notes publisch about updates for products.
It would be fine, that we can read release notes before we update.
Maybe on same method as Beta-releases or on Github.

And then the advice not to just update anyway especially if the system is working. And a good rule of thumb for any component.
There are really only three different reasons to update

During commissioning / first install;
When trouble shooting;
To add a new feature that is required by the installation
And this includes the GX.
