It might be nice to consider at some point adding an option to select which beta updates you want. I’m on 3.80~2 and I’d really like to test the fixes to the temp sliders and some other things, but now that you’re pushing another 3.71 beta I’m sort of stuck at the moment.

The v3.7x and v3.8x images are distinct images, but fixes should go in both of them. And since it is important both contain the same fixes, both go through the beta feed. It is typically announced ahead, and you can simply choose to not install it. But it allows for users to easily check the stable version, as in v3.7x in this case, includes the fixes they need. And as already mentioned, the v3.80 is also still around, just not provided as an automatic update for the moment.
