Evcharger no connection / not updating

I have now two ev chargers with the same problem. They are new from the dealer. Getting connection to cerbo is not possible, with saving data gets a error " saving data not possible". the EV -chargers have firmware 1.23.
When i try a firmware update with a file, i get a error code 510. I try with one of them first a factory reset and then the firmware update, but same result. I can’t find what error 510 is.
Do you have solution(s) or know what error code means? gr

Hi, @dcBnas890 . Let me try to help you. error 510 may happen when you using not correct FW file. Can you tell me the models of both of your EVCS?

hello nicolas, the firmware update works. But when i make connection to the cerbo. i can not login in ev charger in the vrm portal. get pasword not right. When i do this local on the webinterface pasword works.

What version is your Cerbo/GX running?

i found the problem with the connection and the issue with vrm portal. I have installed the beta version of gui-2. But with the installation of the ev charger i have use the orginal gui. In the orginal gui you don’t see the ev charger discovered devices, in gui 2 the device was visible and i can accepted the device. thanks all it works
