I am having a problem with my Audi Etron disconnecting regularly. For almost two years, charging worked fantastically. At the end of the year, an update was performed, and now the car disconnects from the charging station on its own after about two to three minutes and displays a “disconnect” message. Charging works. I don’t know what the original FW version was, but I tried the latest one and the car still disconnects. I also tried 2.02, because the car does not disconnect on another installation with this FW. The charger has been serviced twice and they said that everything works. Last time, they replaced the control unit, but the problem persists. Another car works fine, waiting for scheduled charging, waiting for solar charging, but the Audi disconnects. The customer is nervous about it, and I’m nervous about it. What FW should I try there, where is the manual cable calibration?
