EV Charger and Heat Pump with DESS

Hello,

I’m starting DESS and I would like to have a better energy management with my ev charger (on AC-IN Side) and my heat-pump (on AC-OUT).

If I put an energy counter for the ev charger, can DESS take it into account ? The same for heat pump with the weather forecast?

I don’t want DESS provisioning kwh for ev charger because we are using the grid power directly.

I also want DESS to be more predictive with the weather forecast with my heat pump usual consumption.

I think actually DESS is not taking at all the specific counters labeled ev charger or heat pump.

Thanks a lot.

Kind regards,

Julien

If you are measuring the heat pump and EV charger separately, then they are being forecasted separately as well under different models. You can see the break out in the forecast in beta VRM.
