ESS switching off supply at higher SOC than set point

Hi all

Could I please get some advice on the ESS. By system stops sending power to the essential loads when the SOC reaches 30% even though in VEin the VE config PSOC cut-off is set to 10%.

And what is the SOC value on remote console

Maybe due to low voltage?
