I am having an issue with my Victron Lithium 12v smart battery.
I am experiencing an error A-SL9: Over voltage alarm, this only happens when the SOC reaches 95%ish. It also says something about it doesn’t happen if installed correctly, and something about the installer.
An online search states this issue may be one cell in the battery not balancing, possibly due to damage to full discharge or age. So I am a little concerned for safety.
Any help would be apricated.

Edit. This battery is used in my campervan set up, and today charged to 97% whilst driving dc-dc, without error codes. I have contacted my Victron installer, but have had no reply. Only 17 views on this help forum, and no replies, I would just like to know if my battery is likely to SELF COMBUST in my home on wheels.
