Energy prices dont load and DESS trading cant work without prices

It was the same for months even before they switched from 60mins to 15mins price reporting.
Changing the DESS setting for prices from dynamic to fixed and back to dynamic is the only way i can get prices. but it loads the prices available now (till end of next day). and its the same situation after that, no further prices load.
Any idea whats the problem here?
