I have my 3 Multi RS Solar units with 16 kWh batteries up and running nicely now, but there is one thing I can’t get right, and that is the emergency stop. According to the manual, connecting 1 RS unit should be sufficient, and the other 2 should do the same via the CAN bus. However, when I use the emergency stop, only the connected RS unit switches off, and it doesn’t matter whether I have the jumper wire in or out on the other 2. If I pull the jumper wire out, only that RS unit switches off. All other communication between them works fine.
They are configured as 3-phase and all 3 are on the same system number.
Does anyone have an idea where the fault lies?
