I recently installed two 5kva Multiplus 2 inverters in split phase for an emergency backup system for my grid power. With future plans to add some solar. I am here in the U.S.A. My install includes the two Multiplus 2 Inverters a lynx power in, shunt and distributer bolted together with a Cerbo GX and a EG4 three slot server rack cabinet with 3 batteries using the can bus communication.
My question is, I enabled DVCC to allow the EG4 BMS to control charging and be able to limit input current from 140A to 90A just to reduce noise and heat when charging. Everything is working perfect but I noticed the inverters stay in bulk mode with no current flowing when in external charge control using the BMS. Is this normal or should I change some Inverter settings when using the DVCC function like this. Thanks
