I have a Victron system installed 3 years ago and I want to analyse the data, every time I try to download I get the following error message “unknown error – please try again in a few minutes 1520” can anyone advise me how to overcome this problem. All the various software updates automatic, or should I try to do the manually,
The addage is, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. In other words if it working leave it alone. Especially if it is stable. (Unless there is some new feature you are really wanting to have)
Try smaller time frames.
