Devices not showing in VRM

Im having trouble finding my device list on vrm so I can adjust settings remotely. On victron connect, they are not listed, and on the remote console they are listed but I can not alter the parameters. I need to increase my dvcc charge voltage from 54v to 54.4v , the screen allows my to change the values, but after clicking ok it reverts back to 54v. I can change the settings locally in the plant room, but not remotely when im in work and monitoring the system, trying to tweak it. How can I fix this?

Is the vrm access set to full permissions?
