Hello all, I just noticed that Dess starts selling one hour too late. Most expensive hours are 7 ubrilnb9 pm. But in stead of that it plans to start unloading at 8pm. Any idea why it’s behaving like this? [Screenshot_20260410_191053_Firefox]

You can check this way how green mode behaves.

Yes, that is currently by design in Greenmode. I’ve forwarded this to the scheduler team already to review the purpose and/or duration of that “no selling during solar hours”-rule.

Ah. Typical. I would think the fact there is solar still expected has no influence on the decision when to sell. Anyway I would appreciate it if you can let me know the outcome.

Nothing written about making the biggest profit in Green mode: [image] Think the only reason why the system sells is to make place in your battery for your next day solar production.

In winter, unless battery costs indeed works as you say, so then it will respect that (instead of selling for 5 cents!) trade mode definitly doesn’t give you the highest profit either. In summer.. Maybe. But sofar I am not convinced either of the 2 modes are really 100 % good. And what about next y…

The winter was very bad, almost none wind so one fixed high dynamic energy price based on neutral gas. Best would be in this case to turn off the inverters to avoid consumption losses. The green but also trade mode was useless this winter,…

How long do you have the system running? I agree, the winter was not good. Well, not for trading. For in lowest hours charging and then own consumption in the expensive hours it worked fine, I think.

Got it running from 17 feb 2025. Dynamic contract zonneplan from aug 2025. Last 12 month energy cost with neutral gas in type F house 8 solar panels solar collector and 800l storage. 125 euro that is 10,50 euro/month Heath pump not yet running so I did use neutral gas past 12 month.

Opposite issue: Mine is charging when the price increases. It had plenty of time to charge batteries in parallel with the solar production during the low prices. Now I understand why the profit is marginal in trading mode. [image]
