On the Orion DC/DC charger there is a ‘start’ voltage setting and a ‘delay start’ voltage setting. Once the input voltage comes up to the ‘delay start’ threshold I’m guessing the timer starts and charging will not happen until it times out. But, what happens when the ‘start’ voltage is reached before it times out, does charging start then with no further delay? Why do I even need a ‘start’ setting if I have the ‘delay start’ enabled?
