# Dashboard not reading cerbo gx. Touch 50 says its on line

When I open victron connect it says cerbo gx offline, when I check it on the touch 50 it says it’s connected. I can’t get any readings on the APP.

If connecting via Bluetooth check that this has not been turned off in the Cerbo.

If via VRM, rebooting often clears internet connectivity. There are settings under VRM to reboot if connection is lost to VRM.
