my battery manufacturer specifies equalization parameters as follows: 15.5 VDC for 8 hours. Can a Multiplus-II be programmed for these parameters?

Yes, probably without, but easier and with much more control and flexibility by using a Cerbo GX (or rPI) running venusOS large to implement a solution for your requirements by means of a Node-RED flow.
Wow you are right. Its been so long since I have messed with setting up a multiplus with lead acid I didn’t realize you can not set specific equalization settings. It’s odd that you can set up an MPPT to equalize but not a Multiplus.
