Wrong consumption after installing VM-3P75CT as grid meter

So, today the second VM-3P75CT arrived. I used its CT1-sensor as spare part - now the data matches the expectations. [IMG_4136] I also found the simple reason why the first sensor doesn’t work: the lower magnet ring has gone missing in parts (don’t whether I broke that out by dropping the thing or it is a malproduction).

Ask your dealer. Likely they have a set laying around from a broken meter and are willing to sell them for a good price. Otherwise also ask your dealer since spareparts are only available through them

I used the link in the manual for the energy meter VM3-P75CT, page 4. Delivery with express from somewhere in Texas to Germany, but within 48 hours. Works quite well, at least the data makes a lot of sense now.
