Connect Shelly EM Gen3 as a 2-channel AC load energy monitor

I’ve connected a Shelly EM Gen3 to two AC loads in my off grid system that I was hoping to use as a 2 channel energy monitor in my Victron system. It connects but just shows as a 1 channel switch. No energy monitoring from either of the two channels. Firmware 1.7.5

I have 3 x Pro 1PM devices each switching and monitoring 2kW water heating loads. Firmware 1.7.5. These are all working fine.

I have all the same settings in all four Shelly devices.

Is there a way to get this to work?
