Charging current in dvcc, and ESS

I have a system based on two Multiplus_II_3000 inverters, four Smart solar chargers, and a large 600Ah/48V wet lead-acid energy storage system. While the system was operating off-grid, the battery charging current from the solar chargers, set at 60A in the dvcc, was not exceeded, and the excess was consumed immediately. After starting the ESS, everything works fine except for this charging current, the system starts charging my batteries at a higher current, despite the 60A setting. I had to reduce the charging current on the chargers themselves because I couldn’t handle it, but that’s not the point. Has anyone encountered this and knows how to solve it?

Do you have export of power enabled in ESS?

I’ve now switched back to conditionally connecting to the mains via a virtual switch. But I had zero exports set. I only set a constant 50W import from the mains.
