Cerbo shows 0 watt load

I have a Quattro 48/5000 inverter. It is Powering a refrigerator and other AC devices. However, Cerbo GX says there are 0 watts. How do I correct this?

If your inverter has a phono plug at the bottom for an external CT, try insert a small phono jack, or similar screwdriver, a couple of times.

All the PV power is going into the battery there seems to be no AC load.
Is there an AC PV inverter connected to the AC output?

What other components are in the system? Do you have a wiring diagram?

My inverter, Quattro, does not have that plug.

I have a lithium battery pack that powers most of the system, There is a solar array that helps recharge the lithiums. The inverter is powered by the lithiums and the AC output powers a refrigerator, microwave, and induction stove. When these AC devices are running from power delivered by the inverter, the Cerbo display shows 0 watts load, even though the inverter is delivering power. This is a new development- Cerbo displayed AC load up u til a week ago.

I had the same problem but it turned out to be temporary. Just rebooting the Cerbo fixed the problem.

I tried rebooting but that did not fix it . Very mysterious!

Is the connection from the cerbo to the quarto ok?

I will try to check that!
