Cerbo GX Error#150 Unexpected response text, no link to VRM Portal

Since 5 hours my Cerbo GX lost the link to the VRM portal.

I checked “VRM online portal” in the Cerbo GX settings and found “Connection error #150 Unexpected response text”.

I tried 4 differnet WiFi Hotspots, always the same.

Can anybody help?

See number 3. Check the Connection error status
Its a routing problem most likely or the hotspot needs a further login for which there is no solution on the GX.

No,that’s not the solution, I didn’t change the WiFi Hotspot and it was working until it stopped working.
But - I checked it again just now - it is working again since 10 minutes and I don’t know why, I didn’t change anything, only waiting.
Very mysterious, but I’m happy it’s working again an the error has gone.

Any modifications loaded? What can happen is that the GX becomes overloaded due to customisation and that initially blocks the realtime connection.

Still points to an issue on the service side blocking the traffic from the GX to the VRM. Maybe the network was too busy. Wither way it must have been resolved by the network provider.

It does happen, and very difficult to diagnose.

No modification loaded, no customitation, no changes at all.

I tried 4 different network providers - mobile networks and DSL networks -, so I don’t think it was a problem of a network provider.
But in te moment it’s working :ok_hand:
