Cerbo gx and SG-Ready heat pump

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to use the dry contact of a cerbo GX to manage a SG ready heat pump.

It seems to be a useful feature that is integrated to a lot of recent heat pumps but i can’t find any information on the forum or in victron’s documentation.

Does anybody use this feature ?

I drive heatpump with SG already long time. In node red (but not in cerbo), using “powersaver.no” flows, I find most expensive 4 hours 0:00-12:00 and 12:00-0:00 respectively and send “SG Stop” to HP. What kind of information are you looking for?

I would like to know what hardware you use for the dry contacts? the cerbo relays? or external ones ?

Why not using the “forced on” mode to start the heat pump when there is enough solar power also?

What is your heat pump brand ? Mine is a Mitsubishi Ecodan.

I use unipi 1.1 board for home control, but any relays are suitable, of course.
It might be useful to force HP on to utilise surplus PV, but I do not do it.
Mine is Mitsubishi Zubadan
