Cerbo bricks itself again!

My Client’s Cerbo appears to have bricked itself for a second time.

Site has been operating fine since 3/9/24 until about 8 days ago. Site stopped operating at 15:57 on 18-10-24. Question: Were there any Cerbo/ Venus updates released at that time?(UTC+12) Site appears to have had a few data outages during the day, and client has reported network problems during the past week. site ID is 48e7da88147f. Cerbo will not respond to remote console, and I’m waiting for the client to report condition of LED’s.

3.42 was release in mid September, so unless you’re using betas, nothing should have changed.
Does it have the reboot on disconnect GX option enabled?
Sounds like a typical comms issue where the GX does not rejoin the network.

Why don’t you disable updates, to eliminate undesired automatic updates?

Updates are only checked for, not installed automatically. Cerbo has blank screen, does not respond to local input.
