Can't see multiplus in VRM or cerbo

My installation is 2 years old and I have 2 multiplus in parallel. Since 1 month ago half of the time or more I can’t see inverters in VRM or cerbo, the look “off”, this happen randomly but more or less half of the time everyday.

Try replacing the UTP cable between the inverters and the Cerbo.

I tried it, same results. I checked all cables before trying. For example, today some hours didn’t work, from 12 till 18, and now works perfectly

Finally since 1 month ago there is no multiplus anymore in the cerbo. Tried new rj45 cables with same result.

I reinstalled firmware in the cerbo and upgrade multiplus to 5.60 version

I can see them with victron connect and mk3 cable, but not in VRM.

Could be cerbo failure?

have you tried deleting the VRM entry and starting over?

No, I didn’t. I don’t think it’s VRM problem, because cerbo gx doesn’t see the inverters ( half of the time) even without internet connection.

You don’t have the mk3 usb adapter plugged in at the same time do you?
If not, do you have a mk3 and can it see the Multi?

With mk3 no problem, I can see them in the computer or the phone with victron connect app always.

try plugging the Mk3 into one of the Cerbo USB ports. I had a cerbo where the internal Mk3 disappeared for a while following it updating its firmware, however, it reappeared later following a Cerbo update…

Mk3 is working properly. I don’t have problem with it. It’s just that cerbo doesn’t display the inverters most of the time
