# Cannot connect to VRM

I had some network outages and now I cannot access the VRM Remote Console to the Cerbo GX. The VRM says “realtime” connected to the internet by ethernet and wifi but the icons seem stuck - for example it shows the generator producing kw but says stopped. There are no moving lines between the PV and Inverter etc. The VC app says the Cerbo is offline, but the internet is working.

I have unplugged the Cerbo GX and rebooted but nothing changes as of yet.

it said offline - but after about 8 hours it started logging again on its own. Maybe there was some ip conflict that it resolved - strange but working now.
